We aim to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. Programs, pricing, hours, and policies may change, and the most current information is what's posted on this Site or shared in person at the gym.

Health and fitness disclaimer

The information on this Site is for general fitness education and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing condition or injury. By participating in training at Evolution Fitness Now, you assume the inherent risks of physical activity and agree to follow your coach's instructions and any safety guidelines posted at the facility.

Memberships and trial sessions

The "free 30-minute first session" offer is available to new clients only and may be subject to scheduling availability. Membership terms, billing, and cancellation policies are governed by the membership agreement you sign at the time of enrollment.

SMS / text messaging program

Evolution Fitness Now offers two optional text (SMS) message programs you can opt in to from our website forms:

• Transactional / customer-care messages — appointment reminders, account updates, and customer-care communications related to your training or membership.
• Marketing / promotional messages — special offers, promotions, events, and updates from Evolution Fitness Now.

You opt in by checking the corresponding box on our contact or trial-booking form. Opt-in is not required to schedule training, become a member, or use this Site. Consent for each category is collected separately, so you can opt in to one, both, or neither. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including the Evolution Fitness name, logo, images, copy, and design — is the property of Evolution Fitness Now or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Site may link to third-party websites we don't control. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites — review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.
